Orders
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. Please note that we have multiple warehouses, so items within the same order may be shipped from different locations and arrive at different times. You can track each item using the respective tracking number provided.
We aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, usually within 5 hours during business hours. If you need to make any changes to your order, such as changing the size, color, or shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately. We can't guarantee changes can be made once the order processing has begun, but we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Shipping
Due to the locations of our various warehouses, items within the same order may sometimes be sent separately. This allows us to expedite the delivery process and get your items to you as quickly as possible. Rest assured, you can track each of your items using the individual tracking numbers provided.
If you've ordered multiple items, they might be shipped from different warehouses and arrive at different times. Don't worry - you can use the tracking numbers provided in your shipment confirmation email to track the progress of each item.
At this time, we are only offering shipping within the U.S.A. However, we have plans to expand our shipping services. In the near future, we will be adding Canada and the rest of North America to our shipping destinations. Following that, we will gradually begin shipping to Europe and other international locations. Typically, orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days, with business days being Monday through Friday, excluding weekends. Please note that some items are custom made to order and may require additional processing time. We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, in order to ensure the well-being of our employees, our operations during weekends are limited, and weekends do not count towards the delivery time. This might occasionally lead to slightly longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Return, Exchange & Others
Yes, we do. We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, as long as the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with your order or if a product arrives defective or damaged. However, please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products and personal care goods, as well as gift cards.
